Position: Traveling Associate Dentist

We are actively seeking a Traveling Associate Dentist to join our growing team in the Washington, DC Metro area . Support our mission to deliver excellent dental care and help us create memorable experiences for children and adults alike. Join a team that values collaboration and truly cares about its patients!

• Engage with your community while promoting a positive image of our company.
• Participate in morning huddles (feel free to lead one!), plan your day, and show appreciation for your team.
• Enjoy working with kids, who make up 70% or more of our patient base!

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide dental services to patients with the support of your dedicated team.
• Uphold the highest standards of integrity by adhering to all regulations and compliance programs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Our Practice Offers:

• DentaPro software for streamlined operations.
• Digital x-ray and Panorex units for enhanced diagnostics.
• Fiber-optic handpieces for superior patient care.
• Yearly OSHA, HIPAA, and Emergency Management training.
• A supportive team structure: 1 hygienist, 1 hygiene assistant, and 2 dental assistants per provider.
• A patient base primarily aged 3-21, with up to 30% adults depending on location.
• Office flow averaging 10-12 operative patients and 20-25 hygiene patients.
• A mix of state insurance plans, PPO, and out-of-network payors.

Qualifications:

We expect you to have:

• DDS/DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation.
• A current, valid license to practice dentistry in the states where you provide care or eligibility for licensure.
• Other required certifications (CPR, DEA, etc.).
• Nitrous Oxide certification (only for LA, MS, DC, TX, MA).
• A compassionate nature and a strong desire to provide dental care to both children and adults.
