Job Requirements:

Valid North Carolina Driver's License
CDL A required (Without Manual Restriction)
Must reside within 20 minutes of Leland, NC OR Wilmington, NC.
Clean driving record a must
Must pass:
- Pre-employment DOT physical
- DOT drug screening
- FMCSA Clearinghouse check
Willingness to work a rotating on-call schedule for after-hours calls

Key Responsibilities:

Safely operate a tow truck to transport vehicles
Properly load, secure, and unload vehicles using tow equipment
Deliver excellent customer service, even under pressure
Adhere to all traffic laws, company procedures, and safety regulations

Preferred Qualifications:

Comfortable driving manual transmission.
Strong backing and maneuvering skills
Basic mechanical knowledge and automotive diagnostic experience
Experience with various vehicles and heavy equipment
Prior towing experience is preferred - but we will train the right candidate if you hold a CDL!
Excellent communication, time management, and self-discipline
