**Job Title: Production Worker** **Job Description** We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Production Worker who is comfortable working in a machining environment. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in a similar role and possess a strong understanding of production and machine operations. **Responsibilities** + Operate machinery and equipment in a machine shop environment + Utilize tools such as grinders, calipers, and tape measures to perform tasks + Read and interpret blueprints + Conduct inspections to ensure quality control + Perform general labor tasks as needed + Maintain a clean and safe working environment **Essential Skills** + At least 1 year of experience in a production or manufacturing role + Proficiency in operating machinery and using tools such as grinders and calipers + Ability to read and interpret blueprints + Experience in a manufacturing environment + Strong general labor skills **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Machine operating experience + General production experience **Why Work Here?** We offer good benefits and competitive pay. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
