About the Role:

We are seeking a Fintech Product Manager to join our team and help drive the operational and product development components of our card business.

You will play a key role in building and scaling payments and client solutions, becoming a subject matter expert on our Flex Card product. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic, fast-paced environments, enjoys solving complex problems, and is eager to shape the future of fintech through data-driven decision-making and customer-focused design.

Responsibilities:

• Product & Operations Ownership: Lead the operational and product components of our card business. Become a subject matter expert (SME) on the Flex Card solution and filtered spend technology.

• Payments Innovation: Drive enhancements in our end-to-end payments capabilities, including flex card program improvements, spend filtering, and merchant integrations across point-of-sale, web, and mobile marketplaces.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with client service leads, engineering, and design teams to deliver analytics-driven solutions, address card benefit issues, and create seamless customer experiences.

• Feature Development: Define, prioritize, and help launch new product features and process efficiencies, leveraging data and customer insights to guide product evolution.

• Insight & Strategy: Translate analytics into actionable recommendations that improve operational performance and inform product strategy.

• Forward Thinking: Bring curiosity and innovation around payments, marketplaces, machine learning, artificial intelligence, and scalable design to shape the next generation of fintech solutions.

Qualifications:

• Customer-Centric & Strategic: Proven ability to combine customer focus with strong strategic and analytical thinking, consistently delivering scalable execution and measurable results.

• Relevant Experience: 2–5 years in management consulting, business analysis, product management, rule writing, or program management.

• Adaptability & Leadership: Comfortable operating in fast-paced, dynamic start-up environments. Skilled at leading through ambiguity, building process discipline, and driving cross-functional collaboration with transparency and positivity.

• Analytical & Data-Driven: Strong academic foundation with demonstrated quantitative and problem-solving skills. Able to leverage data and metrics to validate assumptions, create business cases, and generate insights.

• Ownership & Execution: Operates with urgency and accountability; willing to be hands-on and “roll up sleeves” to deliver critical outcomes.

• Resilience & Agility: Thrives in environments of complexity and continuous change, consistently delivering high-quality insights and high-impact projects.

• Collaboration & Communication: High emotional intelligence (EQ) with excellent communication, team-building, and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to Have:

• Product management and/or payments industry experience

• Consumer and merchant delivery exposure

• Background in Medicare or broader healthcare/medical business
