We’re seeking a Junior Marketing Associate to join our passionate team. This entry-level role offers hands-on experience in event coordination, marketing strategy, and nonprofit outreach — ideal for recent graduates or individuals looking to grow a career in mission-driven marketing.

As a Junior Marketing Associate , you’ll work closely with the Operations Manager to support and execute nonprofit events and outreach campaigns. You’ll gain valuable experience in event logistics, community engagement, and brand representation — while making a real difference.

• Assist in planning and executing live nonprofit events and promotional marketing campaigns

• Represent charitable organizations at events, delivering outstanding customer service and building public interest

• Engage with donors and supporters to build long-term relationships

• Provide administrative and logistical support to ensure smooth event operations

• Participate in ongoing training in event management, public speaking, and brand strategy

• Identify opportunities to increase event efficiency and expand community outreach

• 1–2 years of experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, or sales is a plus (not required)

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred (but open to all backgrounds)

• Strong communication skills — both verbal and written

• Adaptable, self-motivated, and thrives in team-based environments

• Coachable and excited to learn and grow professionally

• Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.
