What Youll Do

Generate new business by reaching out to creators, entrepreneurs, and emerging brands who are ready to launch products.

Manage warm leads from inbound inquiries, networking events, and our social platforms.

Deliver persuasive pitches that highlight Thread Visions full-service capabilities from design to delivery.

Maintain relationships with past clients to encourage repeat projects and referrals.

Collaborate with our creative and production teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client success.

Hit, and celebrate, your revenue goals with a team that actually recognizes your wins.

Who You Are

• A confident communicator with a proven background in sales, account management, or partnerships (fashion, creative, or marketing industry experience a plus).
• Someone who thrives on connection, creativity, and closing deals.
• Organized, persistent, and motivated by results but not pushy.

Compensation & Details

• Hourly Pay: Starting at $20/hr.
• Commission:
• Projects up to $10,000 10% (max $1,000)
• Projects $10,001$100,000 10% or $3,000, whichever is less
• Projects $100,000+ $5,000 maximum payout
• Schedule: Flexible, part-time to start (20 hrs/week) with potential to expand into full-time
• Location: Hybrid in Tustin, CA preferred; remote considered for exceptional candidates
• Start Date: ASAP
