About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief People and Culture Officer (CPCO) to lead all aspects of people operations and contribute to the strategic direction of the organization. The CPCO will be a key member of the executive leadership team, responsible for advancing the mission by supporting the organization's primary asset - its staff. This role involves partnering with the CEO, CFOO, and other department heads to design and implement integrated organizational and people strategies that align with the company's goals. The successful candidate will oversee talent management, performance, professional development, and retention, and will be charged with enhancing the organizational culture in a team-centered environment. Additionally, the CPCO will lead diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives, ensure compliance with employment laws, and provide coaching to senior leaders. Applicants for the CPCO position at the company should have a minimum of 15 years' of progressive organizational development or HR leadership experience, with a strong background in project management, execution, and a proven track record in managing people and employee relations. The role requires a strategic business partner with experience in setting a talent agenda and a master's degree in a relevant field. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication, relationship management, and leadership skills, and a deep commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion. They should be adept at critical evaluation, consultation, and coaching, and have the ability to work with stakeholders at all levels of the organization. The CPCO will be expected to uphold the highest ethical standards, demonstrate cultural competence, and be a champion for DEI as a strategic priority.
