We are seeking a Behavioral Health Technician I to join our team. In this role, you will provide direct and supportive care to clients/patients in a variety of settings, including residential facilities and withdrawal management. Your duties will include overseeing daily activities, health monitoring, crisis intervention, facilitating group education and structured activities, and transporting clients as needed. You will also work closely with the treatment team to ensure the safety, well-being, and progress of clients, creating a supportive and therapeutic environment. Key Responsibilities include admitting, supervising, monitoring, transferring, and discharging clients/patients; monitoring vital signs and withdrawal symptoms; overseeing medication administration; documenting medical and behavioral information; facilitating client supervision and group activities; encouraging adherence to program rules; participating in treatment teams; handling crisis calls; providing transportation; maintaining a safe environment; attending trainings and meetings; and completing required documentation. Education and experience qualifications require a high school education or equivalent and two years of responsible employment experience in human services or related field, with preferred qualifications including a Bachelor's degree or behavioral health experience. Additional requirements include certifications, background checks, training completions, and physical abilities.
