Pay and Schedule Base pay range: $18.00/hr - $19.00/hr Part Time (Friday, Saturday & Sunday - 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM) $18.00 - $19.00 Per Hour Responsibilities Delivery of Services and Programs for Resident Activities Resident/Family/Client/Guest/Staff Relations Activity Planning Regulatory Compliance Volunteer Management in absence of Supervisor Qualifications Ability to demonstrate respect for and patience with retirement age residents, and desire to enhance residents’ lives. Ability to utilize Microsoft Word, Excel, and Publisher, in addition to computer charting and graphics knowledge. Focused attention to detail and the ability to effectively handle multiple items/tasks, prioritize as required and adapt favorably to changing priorities. Effective ability to make appropriate judgments and decisions, in a timely manner and within the context of the situation at hand. Ability to effectively respond to emergency and/or crisis situations. Ability to take initiative and be a self-starter. Demonstrated ability to follow written and verbal direction in English.
