Dealership group seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Payable Clerk. Will be responsible for managing six dealership accounts payable processes.

Duties

• Process accounts payable transactions, including invoice verification and payment processing
• Handle accounts payable for separate entities and vendors
• Maintain accurate records of all accounts payable activities
• Ensure bills and payroll are paid in a timely and accurate manner while adhering to departmental procedures
• Perform account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness

Qualifications :

• Must have accounts payable experience.
• Dealership experience a plus

If candidate is offered the position a background check will be conducted.

This position a temp to perm position; candidate will be eligible for benefits once they are transferred on their payroll.
